Marketplace disclaimer and limitation of liability
DXBSale provides a platform for third-party advertisements and communication only. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, DXBSale is not the seller, buyer, broker, agent, payment processor, escrow provider or a party to any transaction between users. Publishing, reviewing or displaying a listing does not constitute endorsement, certification or a guarantee.
Listings and transactions are the users’ responsibility
Each advertiser is solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, ownership, authenticity, condition, pricing, photographs and descriptions of their listing and for obtaining any required licences or permits. Buyers and sellers are responsible for verifying identity, inspecting goods or property, confirming ownership and documents, agreeing terms, and arranging payment, delivery, transfer, returns, refunds and dispute resolution directly with one another. DXBSale does not guarantee any listing, user, AI-generated content, price estimate, payment, delivery or transaction outcome. Both parties to every transaction—the buyer and the seller, or the customer and the service provider—are solely responsible for their agreement, representations, obligations and performance, including compliance with applicable law. Their transaction is concluded directly between them; DXBSale assumes no responsibility for either party’s obligations or conduct, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Exclusion of liability to the extent permitted by law
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DXBSale disclaims liability for losses, damage, fraud, misrepresentation, unlawful listings, defective goods or services, non-payment, non-delivery, disputes or other consequences arising from third-party listings, communications or transactions, whether conducted through the platform or elsewhere. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or waives any mandatory consumer rights or statutory obligations.
Prohibited listings and review
Illegal goods, services and activities, weapons, illicit drugs, stolen or counterfeit goods, forged documents, fraud, exploitation and other prohibited content are not permitted. Automated checks may reject a submission or prevent publication. Administrators may review blocked submissions, remove listings and restrict accounts. Automated checks are not a guarantee that every unlawful or misleading listing will be detected. Report concerns from a listing or contact info@dxbsale.com.
Your listings
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, ownership, pricing and images of anything you advertise.
Marketplace role
DXBSale connects users but is not a party to transactions and does not guarantee sellers, buyers, items or payments.
Account conduct
Do not impersonate others, spam users, post duplicates, manipulate searches or use the service for fraud.
Moderation
DXBSale may pause or remove listings and restrict accounts that violate these terms, safety rules or applicable law.
Prohibited content
Objectionable content, illegal goods, fraud, harassment and abuse are not allowed. Report listings or users from the listing page and block unwanted contacts. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules. Contact info@dxbsale.com for safety concerns.
